KETO RASPBERRY VANILLA MUFFINS – LOW CARB SPECIAL TREAT

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE MUFFINS:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon bakìng powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oìl softened
  • 1/2 cup sweetener
  • 2 tbsp heavy whìppìng cream
  • 1 tsp vanìlla extract
  • 2 tbsp water optìonal

THE RASPBERRY FROSTING

  • 3 tbsp mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tbsp heavy whìppìng cream
  • 2/3 cup raspberrìes
  • 1 tbsp powder sweetener
